Bee's Knees

Bee's Knees is a cocktail classic that dates back to the prohibition era in the United States. The cocktail is a symbiosis of honey and orange with a classic London dry gin. Bee's Knees is slang for something that is second to none, and it fits this cocktail perfectly.

Recipe
  1. Fill a glass (coupe) completely with ice cubes.
  2. Pour gin, honey syrup, lemon juice and orange juice into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker completely with ice cubes (cubes) and shake until the shaker feels ice cold.
  4. Empty the glass of ice cubes and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  5. Garnish with 1 pc. dried orange slice and enjoy the cocktail in good company!
Ingredients
5 cl Mad Own Gin - London Dry
3 cl honey syrup
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl orange juice
4 drops angostura bitters
1 pc. dried orange slice
