Mad Owl Gin

Mad Owl Gin is the name of the Thornæs gin range, which comprise several full-bodied and delicious spirits, all of them distilled in a traditional way with the botanicals processed in the still.

All Mad Owl Gins have great depth and complexity, but even so they offer a clear profile, which makes them easy to identify, easy to mix and very easy to enjoy.

The name “Mad Owl” pays tribute to the owl that used to live in the attic of the distillery. Sadly, when the distillery was established the owl moved out. The owl still resides nearby and by installing an owl box near the entrance, the distillery anxiously awaits the return of the former resident.
