Purple Champ-Rain
Purple Champ-Rain is a beautiful and exclusive champagne cocktail. The cocktail has an absolutely fantastic floral taste of Champagne, and is an extraordinarily delicious adult version of a Champagne fizz, which is guaranteed to blow your legs away from under you.
Recipe
- Chill Champagne and champagne glasses.
- Pour lavender gin, champagne syrup, verjus and violet liqueur into a shaker.
- Fill the shaker completely with ice cubes and shake until the shaker feels ice cold.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
- Top with Champagne and lightly stir the ingredients together.
- Garnish with dried cat cheese flower and enjoy the cocktail in good company!
Ingredients
- 4 cl Mad Owl Gin - Lavender
- 2.5 cl champagne syrup
- 2 cl verjus (alternatively lemon juice)
- 1.5 cl violet liqueur
- 6 cl Champagne
- 1 pc. dried cat's-eye flower
