Thornæs Danish Whisky, Single Malt - Diva - #001 Single Cask bottling

Diva is not just the name of our very first Single Cask release. It is an exclusive bottling of our very first cask: #001.

On May 13, 2020, we filled our very first cask here at Thornæs Distillery. The choice fell on a 50 liter Sherry Oloroso cask from one of our favorite coopers in Montilla, Toneleria del Sur. After four years of maturation, the Single Cask arrives at the bottling as an intense and sun-ripened taste experience with deep notes of prunes, burnt caramel, chocolate and spicy oak.

All bottles are numbered.

• Malt: Danish organic barley malt
• Alcohol/vol.: 50.5%
• Quantity: 94 pcs.
• Volume: 50 cl.

Please note, Diva - Cask #001 is only sold at the distillery.
