Rhubarb Mule

The wonderful blend of ginger and fresh rhubarb in our Mad Owl gin liqueur is highlighted in this Rhubarb Mule. The gin liqueur is mixed with ginger beer to create a real Christmas cocktail that really warms you up and starts the Christmas spirit! So mix yourself a Rhubarb Mule and find the duvet for a really cozy evening!

You need this.

• 50 ml Mad Owl Gin Liqueur Rhubarb
• 25 ml lime juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• Top up with ginger beer
• Ice cubes
• Garnish with a slice of lime - and add a few strawberries if you want a little summer vibe.

How to do it

1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice
2. Stir gently to mix it.
3. Garnish, serve and let the fun spread.

This recipe was developed by the Craft Gin Club in England. They have developed a total of seven new cocktails with Mad Owl Gin, which are perfect for this winter's cold and snow.

Craft Gin Club has both developed the recipe and taken the beautiful photos of the cocktail. In November 2021, a special edition of Thornæs Mad Owl Gin Citrus was the Craft Gin Club's gin of the month, after which it won the title of "foreign gin of the year".
